Set up

1. Reading (import) of the vending machine configuration data by means of UpKey, hand-held computer and PC;
2. Writing (export) of the Giga-saved set up files on UpKey, hand-held computer and PC;
3. Management of the set up files (cut, copy, paste, rename, etc.).

Statistics

Giga Light and Giga mobile can collect the statistic data of vending machines (by means of UpKey, hand-held computer and PC). The information downloaded in the EVA-DTS format can be displayed, printed and exported in standard formats (text and Excel) to be processed by dedicated Managerial Software programmes.

Client-Server Architecture

To network-share data (set up files, collected statistics, software programmes for vending machines) within management companies, instead of being forced to work on the same PC.

The new software package has a very simple and intuitive user interface, of the Windows File manager type.
Giga Light will enable the user to create its own directory archive (sorted by vending machine model, customer or location, etc.) and to keep its own data of interest in a much more structured and user-friendly manner.

Giga has been conceived and developed in a Microsoft Windows environment to make the best use of the functionalities offered by the most modern software platforms.

Giga is based on Microsoft NET Framework and on a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database.
